Job Summary
The Platform Customer Engineer plays a crucial role in collaborating with sales teams to design comprehensive cloud solutions that span multiple pillars. They are regarded as a reliable technical consultant for customers, ensuring all technical aspects are addressed effectively throughout the engagement process.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales personnel to develop and implement cross-pillar cloud solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing expert guidance.
- Drive technical successes by formulating and executing delivery plans.
- Support the complete business cycle from initial customer interactions to post-sales transitions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture or similar engineering positions.
- Strong skills in systems design and programming.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
