**Team Lead**
The Team Lead is responsible for giving daily guidance to team members on merchandise display, inventory management, and customer service functions. In addition, they support management with staffing decisions, training initiatives, performance evaluations, and the implementation of company merchandising strategies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent along with 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales. Excellent interpersonal abilities, as well as proficiency in analyzing reports and performing calculations, are essential for this leadership position.
