**Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing store sales effectiveness while promoting a high-performance culture within the team to deliver outstanding customer service. This position entails managing store operations, nurturing team growth, and carrying out management responsibilities in alignment with the Store Manager’s directives. Applicants should exhibit strong leadership abilities, integrity, and sound decision-making skills, along with the capacity to maintain a flexible full-time schedule. Previous experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are highly regarded as preferred qualifications.
