**Customer Service Associate**
The Customer Service Associate is tasked with handling a significant number of incoming and outgoing calls to support borrowers with their loan-related questions, payment transactions, and account modifications. This role involves ensuring precise record-keeping, achieving performance benchmarks, and delivering professional assistance in mortgage servicing matters. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, alongside a minimum of one year in a customer service role. Experience in mortgage loan servicing is preferred, as is familiarity with applications such as MS Word and MSP.
