Job description
The Assistant in Training is tasked with boosting sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and product presentation. This role is crucial for attracting, training, and inspiring team members to achieve the store’s performance targets. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have one to three months of retail experience or comparable training. Physical requirements include the capability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 pounds, as well as the willingness to work during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
