The representative will support clients by conducting research, organizing, and reserving hotel accommodations, ensuring they provide precise details on amenities and costs. Additionally, they will keep thorough records of client interactions and work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service. Applicants should have excellent communication abilities, a professional attitude, and foundational computer skills. Although experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
