**Co-Store Manager**
The Co-Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales floor and receiving zones, driving effective merchandising strategies, fostering associate growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position entails financial management responsibilities, including oversight of payroll budgets, minimizing shrinkage, and handling store banking tasks. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of experience in retail management. A current driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, such as lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
