Job description
The Donor Support Technician plays a crucial role in readying donors and the necessary equipment for the pheresis procedure, ensuring the safety of donors and responding to machine notifications. This position entails meticulously documenting donor information and any incidents through a PDA, all while upholding a tidy and compliant workspace. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three months of relevant work experience, ideally in a healthcare or medical environment. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematics and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
