**Job Title: Donor Support Technician**
The Donor Support Technician plays a crucial role in getting donors and equipment ready for the pheresis procedure, all while ensuring the safety of donors and the effective operation of machinery. This position involves the precise documentation of donor information using electronic systems, alongside the upkeep of a tidy, secure, and regulation-compliant workspace. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent credential, as well as a minimum of three months of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare or medical environment. Essential skills include proficiency in basic mathematics and bilingual communication abilities in English and Spanish.
