The Benefits Administrator plays a key role in arranging meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups with Union members concerning their benefits. This position requires daily engagement with members to offer guidance and information. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous for applicants.
