Job description
The CSA I – Repair is responsible for engaging with customers to take orders, address equipment problems, and organize repairs. This role also entails overseeing insurance approvals and fostering a Lean work environment by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with solid PC competencies, particularly in MS Office applications. Experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment, along with familiarity with insurance procedures, is advantageous.
