The Customer Service Representative serves as the main liaison for customers, handling estimates, work orders, and delivery of orders. This role emphasizes the importance of establishing enduring client relationships and actively engaging in team meetings to contribute to the company’s business and marketing objectives. Suitable candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or counter sales and demonstrate excellent listening and organizational abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary, along with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
