**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in assisting members and providers by handling incoming phone calls efficiently. This position involves ensuring precise documentation and achieving established performance metrics. In addition, representatives are tasked with managing emails, faxes, and other correspondence promptly while following departmental protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and demonstrate basic computer skills. Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, and medical terminology is advantageous, as is prior experience in a call center environment.
