Job description
**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
The phlebotomist is tasked with conducting venipuncture and overseeing donors during the plasma collection process in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and FDA regulations. This role involves addressing any equipment issues, ensuring a tidy workspace, and meticulously documenting donor information. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience. The position demands the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability for work every other weekend.
