**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
The Patient Services Representative will act as the initial point of contact for patients, overseeing the check-in procedures and collecting precise demographic and insurance details. This role involves working closely with clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions and offering empathetic assistance throughout the registration phase. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position demands capacity to thrive in a high-energy setting and to successfully complete background checks, drug screenings, and vaccination requirements.
