Job description
The Customer Service Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting GCI products and solutions by actively acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling and retaining existing ones. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional service to foster long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction. A strong emphasis on customer interaction and sales results is essential within the telecommunications industry.
