The Property Manager plays a key role in evaluating customer storage requirements, providing sales assistance for supplies, and ensuring the storage facility remains clean and secure. Additionally, this position involves daily administrative responsibilities, including cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and the management of customer transactions. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for traveling between locations. The job also necessitates the physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry out maintenance duties such as sweeping and mopping.
