The Property Manager plays a key role in evaluating customer storage requirements, selling necessary supplies, and ensuring the facility is clean and secure. This position also entails carrying out daily administrative functions, including cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and overseeing customer payment processing. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for traveling to various work sites. Additionally, the role demands the physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry out maintenance duties such as sweeping and mopping.
