**Property Manager**
The Property Manager plays a vital role in understanding customer storage requirements, selling moving supplies, and ensuring that the storage facility remains clean and secure. This position entails managing daily administrative responsibilities, which include cash drawer audits, payment processing, and carrying out property inspections. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable access to a personal vehicle for commuting to different work sites. Additionally, the role demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and execute manual maintenance duties, such as sweeping and mopping.
