**Job Title: Accounting Operations Reconciliation Manager**
The Accounting Operations Reconciliation Manager is responsible for guiding a team in executing daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts, as well as supervising bank subsidiary accounting activities. This position guarantees adherence to regulatory reporting requirements and delivers exceptional service to clients and internal partners. Eligible candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in financial services, accounting, or operations, with a preference for those holding a degree in accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid grasp of banking regulations, compliance mandates, and internal control measures are essential.
