The Property Manager is tasked with evaluating customer storage requirements, promoting supply sales, and upholding the cleanliness and safety of the facility. Additionally, this role involves managing daily administrative responsibilities, which include auditing cash drawers, completing bank deposits, and overseeing customer collections. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for commuting between various work sites. The position also necessitates the physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry out maintenance duties outdoors.
