The Center Manager plays a vital role in managing the daily operations, revenue outcomes, and key performance indicators for the European Wax Center. This position includes the responsibility of guiding, hiring, and mentoring a team of guest service associates and wax specialists to maintain exceptional service quality and operational effectiveness. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant management experience in a sales-oriented environment and hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. Required skills include proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite along with robust leadership and communication capabilities.
