Job description
**Property Manager**
The Property Manager will evaluate customer storage requirements, sell necessary supplies, and ensure the facility remains clean and secure. Additionally, this role includes routine administrative duties such as reconciling cash registers, managing payment transactions, and performing property assessments. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for traveling between various locations. The position mandates the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and to engage in outdoor maintenance activities.
