As a Beauty Advisor, you will enhance sales and cultivate customer loyalty through tailored consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations. This role also involves upholding visual merchandising standards, ensuring inventory is restocked, and assisting with store operations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to customer service and thrive in a dynamic, commission-driven environment. Physical mobility is necessary, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and candidates must hold any relevant state-required licenses or certifications.
