**Job Title: Customer Service Specialist**
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing patient requirements by handling incoming calls and providing a warm and professional welcome to patients. This role involves working closely with clinic providers and personnel to meet and exceed patient expectations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a medical clinic or practice setting. A strong command of Microsoft Office applications, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for this position.
