The Customer Specialist will assist clients throughout the vehicle purchasing, selling, and servicing journey, ensuring a commitment to transparency and integrity. This role involves overseeing inventory management, conducting vehicle evaluations, and managing necessary administrative paperwork to facilitate an effortless customer experience. Applicants should have excellent communication abilities, the knack for multitasking in a dynamic setting, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have previous retail or customer service experience.
