**Experience Manager**
The Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding a top-performing team to enhance sales growth in retail and salon environments while delivering an outstanding guest experience. This position encompasses the management of daily store operations, which includes overseeing inventory control, staff training and development, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Ideal candidates should possess 2-3+ years of pertinent retail management background and, where mandated by local regulations, a valid cosmetology license. Although not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree is favored, accompanied by robust skills in leadership, financial oversight, and interpersonal communication.
