Job Summary
The Data Abstractor RN is instrumental in overseeing clinical benchmark databases and enhancing quality initiatives through collaboration with healthcare professionals and performance enhancement teams. This role also includes acting as a clinical decision support analyst, focusing on the improvement of data query frameworks and delivering training sessions on clinical software applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee clinical benchmark databases.
- Support quality improvement programs in coordination with medical personnel.
- Act as a clinical decision support analyst to refine data query structures.
- Provide training to users on clinical applications and software.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
- Possession of an active Registered Nurse license in Alaska.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience within a hospital setting, specifically with cardiac patients.
