The technician is responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining physical data center infrastructure, including servers and networking hardware. They must also troubleshoot equipment issues, ensure data security, and perform preventative maintenance according to established procedures. Candidates must have experience in hardware troubleshooting and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting 50lb equipment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, along with availability for non-standard hours and travel.
