Job Summary
The technician will play a crucial role in implementing, setting up, and sustaining the physical infrastructure within the data center, which encompasses server systems and network equipment. This position also involves resolving intricate technical challenges, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and upholding security standards for data management.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure physical data center infrastructure, including servers and networking hardware.
- Conduct troubleshooting for complex technical issues associated with the system.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in component-level repair and server hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking protocols.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible and non-standard hours as needed.
