Job Summary
The technician is tasked with the deployment, upkeep, and troubleshooting of the physical infrastructure within data centers, focusing on servers and networking devices. A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with data security standards and conducting preventative maintenance on various hardware components.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain physical infrastructure in data centers, including servers and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and networking systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in component-level hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
- Experience with operating systems and networking protocols.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
