Job Summary
The position focuses on establishing and nurturing connections with referring medical professionals and healthcare facilities to enhance the volume of referrals. The individual will serve as an intermediary among operations, billing, and clinical teams to address service concerns and inform offices about available company services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with referring physicians and medical offices.
- Increase referral volume through effective engagement and communication.
- Act as a liaison among operations, billing, and clinical staff to troubleshoot service-related issues.
- Educate medical offices concerning the range of services provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication and customer service are essential.
- Preferably, at least one year of experience in a healthcare-related role.
- Ability to effectively manage and utilize spreadsheet software.
- A valid driver’s license issued in California is mandatory.
