**Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst**
The Data Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information regarding program results and the overall impact of the organization. This position involves creating comprehensive reports intended for both leadership and funding organizations while maintaining the integrity of data and facilitating decision-making processes that are based on data insights. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience with data management and reporting, as well as a degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Analytics, Sociology, or Psychology. Expertise in Python and Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates will need to successfully complete all necessary background checks and obtain certification as a Mandated Reporter.
