**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the store, encompassing responsibilities such as enhancing customer service, overseeing team members, and managing merchandise efficiently. This position also involves upholding the store’s cleanliness, implementing corporate policies, and safeguarding the company’s assets. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in retail management, grocery stores, or pharmacy settings, and should be physically capable of handling tasks that require lifting weights up to 55 lbs. Additionally, strong abilities in communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
