Job Summary
The Data Scientist Fellow will be responsible for creating computational models aimed at predicting and enhancing organoid growth and differentiation strategies. This role also involves setting up feedback mechanisms that integrate experimental validation with computational forecasting to continuously improve the standardization of protocols.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine computational models for organoid growth and differentiation.
- Implement feedback loops to connect experimental results with computational predictions.
- Continuously iterate and enhance protocol standardization based on findings.
Qualifications
- PhD in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks is essential.
