Job Summary
The Process Supervisor is accountable for supervising everyday production activities within the Compounding department, ensuring that the targets for production, quality, and budget are achieved. This role is integral to fostering a productive working environment and enhancing operational performance through ongoing improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing processes to align with production and quality standards.
- Manage and support team members to meet departmental goals effectively.
- Implement and monitor control systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Adept at analyzing statistical and financial data for effective departmental management.
