**Job Title: Data Scientist Lead**
The Data Scientist Lead will collaborate with business leaders to create and implement actionable analytics, performance benchmarks, and comprehensive reports for lending products. This role requires the ability to formulate significant business inquiries, develop scalable analytical frameworks, and convert intricate data insights into straightforward recommendations for senior management. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics. Essential skills include proficiency in SQL and either Python or R, as well as familiarity with data platforms such as AWS or Snowflake. Strong communication abilities for presenting narratives to executives are also crucial.
