**Job Title: Operator**
Operators play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and processes, ensuring that product quality and food safety standards are upheld. Key responsibilities include conducting regular in-process evaluations, keeping precise records, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and must show proficiency in following both written and verbal directions. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in food production or agriculture and exhibit strong mechanical skills.
