Assist pediatric dentists with examinations, treatments, radiographs, preventive and restorative procedures, and sedation appointments while helping children feel safe and comfortable. Prepare and sterilize treatment areas and instruments, maintain accurate clinical records, follow safety and infection-control protocols, communicate care instructions to families, and support efficient patient flow. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, with pediatric experience considered a plus; applicable Montana dental assisting and radiology credentials are expected as required by regulations. Candidates should be familiar with dental instruments, terminology, procedures, infection control, and sterilization, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, dependability, and a calm, reassuring manner with children and families.
