Job description
The ophthalmic technician plays a vital role in aiding physicians during eye examinations by conducting patient workups, administering vision assessments, and gathering medical information. Additionally, they are tasked with the upkeep of ophthalmic equipment and support during diverse clinical processes. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and hold a valid driver’s license. Although having two years of experience or an Ophthalmic Assistant Certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be supplied.
