**Department Manager**
The Department Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the retail operation, which encompasses inventory restocking, visual display arrangements, and the implementation of sales strategies. This role involves overseeing staff, controlling departmental budgets, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of general experience in retail or administrative roles, along with at least 1 year of specific experience in merchandise management or supervision. Educational qualifications can be considered in place of experience, with 1 year of academic coursework equivalent to 9 months of practical experience.
