Job description
**Job Title: Floor Supervisor**
The Floor Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the back-office team, focusing on staff management tasks such as scheduling, training, and conducting performance reviews. This position includes monitoring patient flow and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and dental board policies, as well as managing office supplies and equipment maintenance. Applicants should have a proven track record in supervising teams of 8-12 individuals and must hold an active X-Ray license or be capable of obtaining one within six months. Familiarity with dental terminology, equipment, and safety protocols is essential for this role.
