This role includes partnering with client IT teams to address infrastructure challenges and creating documentation for support protocols related to clinic devices. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities for guiding technical teams. An associate degree is necessary, with certifications such as A+ or MCSE and prior experience in a healthcare setting being highly desirable.
