**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
The Phlebotomist plays a crucial role in patient reception, executing blood collection procedures across diverse patient groups, and ensuring accurate management of specimen labeling and data entry. Additionally, this position encompasses clerical responsibilities such as retrieving records, filing documentation, and addressing phone inquiries. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside a minimum of six months of hands-on phlebotomy experience or the completion of a clinical rotation. Proficiency in interpersonal communication and clerical skills is essential, as well as familiarity with medical terminology.
