The Development Director plays a pivotal role in promoting fundraising efforts and philanthropic objectives through the cultivation of relationships with donors and community stakeholders. This position will spearhead initiatives for capital growth while overseeing strategies for engaging donors to support sustained organizational development. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and have progressively responsible experience in fundraising or leadership within the nonprofit sector. Furthermore, candidates must successfully complete a Level 2 background check, a drug screening, and maintain a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation.
