Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee DevOps initiatives, ensuring optimal practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product deployment processes.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Analyze system performance and implement necessary upgrades and changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in DevOps or a related field.
- A strong background with approximately 8 years of proven experience in DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
