Job description
Job Summary
The Dialysis RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting. This role focuses on assessing patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, managing their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer dialysis procedures effectively.
- Assess patients’ conditions and respond to their needs during treatments.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis and care options.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in dialysis nursing or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of renal diseases and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
