The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in providing healthy meals to residents and ensuring that cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen are upheld. This position involves engaging with residents and staff in a friendly manner to promote exceptional service within the facility. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and have an up-to-date ServSafe or Food Handler certification. Physical demands of the job include the capability to lift up to 30 pounds and to remain on their feet for prolonged periods.
