The Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing client computing landscapes, which encompass desktop configurations, application rollouts, and mobile device oversight. This role involves supporting productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365 and working together with IT teams to facilitate seamless device and workflow integration. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in end-user computing or desktop engineering and demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management solutions. Strong communication skills are vital, along with the capability to deliver technical support and training to end users.
