As a Recruitment Specialist, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates for technical engineering positions. Collaborate closely with internal account managers to guarantee prompt candidate submissions and uphold precise records within the ATS. The role mandates a minimum of three years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering roles and a proven ability to handle high-volume job requisitions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, and a talent for fostering strong relationships.
